Cell Dilutions

posted by JAY SANTOS on 09 November 2009 at 7:45 pm I have some cells at a concentration of 9.7 x107/ml. I took 2ml of these cells and added 1500ul of media to them. I then took 1ml of this dilution and added 500ul of media. I am having difficulty working out the concentration of cells that i have now? < back to previous | post follow-up
