kPa=mmHg*0.1333 or kPa=mmHg/7.5

from kPa to mmHg you multiply by 7.5
from mmHg to kPa you divide by 7.5

the general idea is correct but for more accuracy, you can use 7.519 instead of 7.5, depending on how precise you need to be.
